Hi I'm Matt!

Born and raised in Colorado, I studied at Metropolitan State University of Denver for Communication Design. After I graduated I found that my career interests were in jobs that were in both design and production. While my foundation is based in graphic design, my work is always being presented in different mediums. I'm influenced by photography, screen printing, drawing, traditional painting, and textiles. All of these things I try to incorporate in some way when I am working on a new design piece. I love subverting the expectations of what design "should" be. My work is constantly shifting between the organic, handmade craft look to a sleek digital polish look. I love the process of creating a new design, but for me it doesn't just end with a digital file. Production is an art unto itself, and I want to be involved in every step, from initial drafts all the way to the final product.
